Cardington Wine & Arts Festival Returns for Its 4th Annual Celebration
The Friends of Cardington proudly announce the 4th Annual Cardington Wine & Arts Festival, a vibrant celebration of local culture and community, taking place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the American Legion Park in downtown Cardington. This much-anticipated event will offer a day full of wine, art, music, food, and family-friendly fun.
The festival will feature a dozen local wineries where attendees can sample and savor a variety of wines from some of the region’s finest vintners. More than two dozen artists will be showcasing their unique, handcrafted works, including paintings, pottery, jewelry, and more. Live music will fill the air throughout the day, providing the perfect soundtrack to the festivities. Delicious food trucks will be on-site, offering a wide range of cuisines and treats to satisfy every craving. Families are encouraged to attend, as the festival will include engaging activities designed to entertain children of all ages.
In past years, the festival has attracted between 600 and 700 attendees, and this year’s event promises to be even bigger and better. “The Cardington Wine & Arts Festival is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate local talent and flavor,” said Rick Mitchell, co-owner of Bunker’s Mill Winery in Cardington and chair of the Cardington Wine & Arts Festival Planning Committee. “We are thrilled to host this annual event and invite everyone to join us for a day of connection, creativity, and celebration.”
Admission to the festival is free, with wine tastings and other items available for purchase. Wine tasting begins at $20, which includes a commemorative wine glass and eight (8) tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased for $2 each. A wine sample costs one ticket, while a full glass of wine is three tickets. The festival kicks off at noon and will continue until 8pm.
